What would I be doing?
1. Responsible for undertaking search-side campaigns proposed from different projects; improve the user's search experience for such activities in search and expand the user's search demand for content.
2. Optimize cooperation standards and strategies based on different types of activities in certain regions.
3. Dig into the demands of each type of content in different regions and explore ways to improve search-related metrics.
4. Conduct basic surveys or analyses on certain data to assess performance and expression.
5. Find potential opportunities and risks through daily work and put forward suggestions for improvement.

1. Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia, bachelor's degree or above.
2. Knowledge about search engines and TikTok. Familiar with similar apps.
3. Familiar with common software, and the SOP of events online in social app, better to have experience of IT industry for 2 years.
4. Have a great sense of data analyze especially for complicated business matrix.
5. Has an in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the local users' habits.
6. Has brilliant judgment when encountering unsure cases and feedback timely and properly.
