**Job Description**:
**Compensation Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy & pay policy aligned with the organization's goals, industry standards, and best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs.
- Make recommendations for salary structures, pay scales, incentive plans, and other compensation components to attract and retain top talent.
**Benefits Program Management**:
- Design, administer, and continuously improve the organization's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure the benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Collaborate with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors to negotiate contracts, review plan designs, and resolve any issues.
**Compensation Planning and Analysis**:
- Develop and manage the annual compensation planning process, including salary reviews, performance-based increases, and bonus programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages across different job roles and levels.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation-related data, trends, and recommendations for senior management and executive leadership.
- Keep abreast with the new compensation and benefit trends as well as best practices in the field.
**Compliance and Governance**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to
- compensation and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation decisions, policies, and employee benefits.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and HR to address any legal or compliance issues related to compensation and benefits.
**Communication and Employee Education**:
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding compensation programs, benefit offerings, and related policies.
- Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions to enhance employee understanding and engagement with compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations and salary recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications or an advanced degree is a plus - preferably from a reputable university)
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefit, but min. 1-2 years of leadership experience role
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and procedures
- Possess excellent numerical and analytical capabilities, strong data interpretation with good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal, strong leadership, and communication skills.
