COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position will be responsible in creating and maintaining the overall Compensation & Benefits scheme of the company. This will also involve running monthly payroll, managed corporate insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, and maintaining day to day HRIS process.
**Job Description**:
- Handling the administration and management of compensation benefits such as maintain absences, input overtime, maintain HRIS data, etc
- Handling Payroll Process Administration
- Maintain and verify loans, advances, phone use, medical reimbursement and the others.
- Preparing employee's contract Preparing employee's KPI and job evaluations
- Handling employee filling document related to Compensation Benfits and HRIS
- Handling administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, and corporate insurance
- Handling SPT 21 & master database payroll
Qualification:
- Proven work experienced in a Compensation & Benefit area with 1-2 years of minimum
- Bachelor degree : preferably majoring Psychology / Management/Accounting
- Excellent to operate Ms Office (Especially Ms. Excel)
- Hand on experience with BPJS, HRIS, and employment contract
- Data Entry with strict attention to detail; ability to keep records and files organized
- Strong integrity and honest attitude
**Education**:
- D1-D4 (preferred)
