**About the role**

As a key member of the Cambridge International Education team in market, you are expected to support and grow the business of Cambridge Assessment International Education to manage the business development activities and responsibilities for the schools in market. The role requires supporting the business, mainly through management relationships and activities with stakeholders, school visits, maintaining quality data CRM and professional learning and development activities in market.

As the Country Manager for Indonesia, you will play a key role in advancing our mission by growing and supporting Cambridge's network of schools and educational partners in the country. Reporting to the Senior Country Manager, you will drive business development, strengthen relationships with schools and stakeholders, and uphold our reputation for excellence in education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development and customer relationships**: Develop and execute strategies to grow Cambridge's presence in Indonesia, increasing registrations of new schools and uptake of our qualifications and resources. Maintain good relationships with the assigned Cambridge schools and other business partners such as Cambridge associates (British Council), British Embassy, and other educational organization.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build strong relationships with school leaders, owners, government education departments, and universities to champion Cambridge's educational offerings.
- **Events & Representation**: Represent Cambridge at educational conferences, seminars, and workshops, enhancing our profile in the international education landscape.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure activities align with organisational policies and local regulations while maintaining accurate data in CRM systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with regional and global teams to drive educational reform initiatives and deliver tailored solutions for our schools. Collaborate with the assessment and resource team to promote CEM (Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring), Cambridge English and Education Resources products where appropriate.

**About you**

You should be educated to degree level (essential) or relevant postgraduate qualification (desirable) and have good experience and understanding of the educational sector and/or international sales management within the market.

You are an inspiring and collaborative leader with a proven track record in sales and revenue growth, ideally in education or international business. You have deep knowledge of Indonesia's educational landscape, including policies and pedagogy, and excel in relationship management and communication.

You must have exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and oral, you bring an entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset, identifying opportunities, develop new sales channel and delivering impactful**solutions. Your ability to inspire trust, work collaboratively, and adapt to challenges will set you apart.
