Our trusted Diagnostics company client is looking for a **Human Resource and Administration Manager.**

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid)
Work hours: Day Shift

**Salary**: up to 14Million IDR

**About the Role**
The Human Resource and Administration Manager performs administrative work managing personnel activities. Work involves the planning and administration of an HRM program that includes recruitment, examination, selection, evaluation, appointment, promotion, transfer, and a communication system for disseminating necessary information to all employees. The HRAM works under general supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment of assigned tasks.

**What to expect from the role**:

- Establishing strategic human resources objectives in line with organizational goals.
- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, team member relations and retention, and labor relations.
- Creating human resources operations by establishing recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation & benefits.
- Develop talents through developing team member training programs
- Creating employee efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of conflicts.
- Manages the Health, Safety & Security functions of the organizationResponsible for developing employee engagement programs to increase employee morale
- Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, and analyzing information
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- Liaise with Directors & Managers to understand their requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate strategy
- Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation. Forming strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment
- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
**What you’ll need**:

- With at least 5 years of experience, 2 years must be in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in Selection & Placement, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Health & Safety, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement & Maintaining family culture in the organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
- Knowledgeable of local compliances
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
