Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies. This role will be pivotal in expanding our customer base in both the Business-to-Business (B2B) and

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.

○ Identify and target potential customers, including restaurants, retailers, wholesalers, and individual consumers.

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

○ Explore new market opportunities and sales channels (example: farmers' markets, online platforms ).
- Marketing and Brand Building:
○ Develop compelling marketing materials that showcase the farm's products and values.

○ Manage the farm's online presence (website, social media platforms).

○ Build brand awareness and enhance the farm's reputation.
- Customer Relationship Management:
○ Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.

○ Build and maintain a loyal customer base.

○ Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research and Analysis:
○ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

○ Analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance.

○ Provide recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing efforts.
- Reporting and Administration:
○ Prepare regular sales reports and marketing performance analyses for management.

○ Track sales targets and marketing budgets.

○ Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.

Reporting Requirements:

- **Weekly**:Provide a concise sales report summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, revenue, customer acquisition, and marketing campaign performance.
- **Monthly**:Submit a detailed sales and marketing report and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Include recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably within the agricultural sector.
- Good understanding of organic farming practices and principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools

Bonus Points:

- Experience with B2B sales in the F&B industry.
- Existing relationships with potential customers (restaurants, retailers).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
