**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Minimum three years experience in marketing and creative leadership, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong experience in creating and managing impactful brand identities.
- Skilled in leading content creation, storytelling, and innovative campaigns.
- Strong team management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle trends.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support membership growth.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-center promotions, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead the development of compelling, consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Manage the creation of high-quality content, including photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting, to showcase the experience.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and content creators to produce standout marketing assets.
- Optimise digital touchpoints to ensure a seamless online experience for current and prospective members.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance the brand's presence and engagement.
- Build strategic partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and media outlets to amplify brand visibility.
- Plan and execute co-branded initiatives, events, and promotions that align with company values and objectives.
- Set KPIs for all marketing efforts and track performance through data analysis and reporting tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing efficiency and ROI.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives.
