**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., social media, databases, referrals).
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.

**Outreach and Engagement**:

- Create and deliver tailored messaging to capture interest and build rapport.
- Conduct initial conversations to understand client needs and assess fit.

**Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring seamless handoffs.
- Confirm meeting times and provide necessary details to both the client and sales representatives.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including lead generation, appointments booked, and conversion rates.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and company products/services.
- Suggest and implement improvements to outreach strategies to maximize effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a business development, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role (1-3 years preferred).

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools.
- Ability to handle objections and think critically during conversations.
