Front Office Manager

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Rooms, the Front Office Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, and maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the Front Office sections. The position is primarily responsible for achieving maximum guest satisfaction and increasing revenues for the cost center. The Front Office Manager is also responsible for the general safety and security of guests and colleagues involved in the day to day activities in the hotel.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Minimum 02 (two) years of solid work experience in a similar capacity with large scale operation at an international luxury hotel brand
An energetic and vibrant personality with a strong managerial and leadership skill
