DESIGNATION : Employer Branding Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting Employer Branding Associate in the creation of the company's employee branding programs and campaigns.
- Provide recommendations on social media insights and the latest news updates.
- Co-create Employer Branding program
- Assist Employer Branding in conducting a social media campaign to find out the best social media channels to inform the local community.
- Execute employee marketing programs to increase awareness and attractiveness for prospective employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have an experience as a content creator handling social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Educational background in Visual Communication Design (DKV), or Marketing Communication.
