Responsible for establishing a strategic plan and leading the implementation of branding to strengthen employer positioning in the market that aligns with the objectives of the organization including giving the best experience journey
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Has experience 5-7 years as a Lead for Employer Branding / Branding Communication team
- Has experience to create and executing of events, campaigns, and managing social media including generating the content and onboarding activities for new employees
- Experience in the Project Manager function is an advantage
- Able to oversee the whole process of Employer Branding team
- Strategic person and understanding to analyze data
- Creative person and passionate about branding things up to drive to execute
- Preferably coming from the e-commerce, logistic, or marketing agency industry
- Has strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, good looking and interpersonal skill
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Work closely with Dept Head to create a strategy plan for Employer Branding unit
- Lead the team to generate creative ideation for social media content and event partnership program up to managing execution and implementation
- Generate and provide routine report of Employer Branding performance and projects update
- Able to manage data analytics of Employer Branding team on Dashboard and understand to analyze the data to establish the action plan
- Managing execution of onboarding new employees activities and ensuring the onboarding program is going smoothly
- Responsible for managing the inventory of Employer Branding team and ensuring the inventory transaction report is properly recorded
- Ensure the whole process in Employer Branding team runs well
