**Sales Supervisor Modern Channel**
- Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives and ensuring that they are meeting their goals.
- Supervises direct sales representatives to ensure that each sales representative does their part in supporting the Company achieve its objectives.
- Support the sales team by conducting high-level selling
- Conduct market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans
- Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports
- Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active wholesale customers.
- Evaluate & Monitoring performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance
- Monitoring & Maintain Customer’s Account Recievable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Trial period contract, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
