**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Patient Experience Partner role focuses on patient experience by understanding needs of patients in the market to achieve better state of care working through key stakeholder engagement. This role helps improve the patient journey experience improvement and be the face of the patient support programs by collaboration with key stakeholders such as patient advocacy organizations to understand patient needs. The role also aims to work with patients to facilitate co-create educational and awareness materials or support tools and services.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Patient Insights and Patient Journey
- Understand the patient journey and collect insights (xBUor BU specific) to identify hurdles and opportunities for partnerships to enhance patient experience
- Identify areas of unmet need and inequity where Pfizer could assist the patient journey experience improvement, increases patient awareness
- Identify areas to assist patients with the navigation of the system

Patient Insights and Patient Journey
- Understand the patient journey and collect insights (xBU or BU specific) to identify hurdles and opportunities for partnerships to enhance patient experience
- Identify areas of unmet need and inequity where Pfizer could assist the patient journey experience improvement, increases patient awareness
- Identify areas to assist patients with the navigation of the system

Development of Patient education material and support
- Build solutions and initiatives tailored to the patient journey needs
- Responsible for unbranded Disease awareness communications with unbranded material for patients
- Facilitating authentic co-creation of education materials for patients
- Operationalize implementation of the programs, initiatives, internal process, ongoing oversight or follow-up
- Build affordability programs and solutions with internal STH collaboration and support initiatives deployment
- Leverage technology to enable better patient experience

Leading collaboration & partnership with key stakeholders to improve patient experience
- Act as internal and external advocate for patients - patient centricity and participation in Patient Ambassadors Network.
- Improve patient experience in collaboration with patient advocacy groups to achieve better state of care and improved patient health outcomes
- Support patient voice to be heard by healthcare stakeholders for policy change and engages with patient advocacy groups and supports patient access program

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Background in commercial or health care
- Preferably 3 years experience in pharmaceutical / heath care industry
- Experience in managing multi-dimensional and long-term relationships with patient, community and provider organizations required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and partnerships with external stakeholders
