**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creative vision and strategy for weddings, events, and hospitality experiences.
- Design event concepts, themes, and aesthetics that align with client needs and current industry trends.
- Collaborate with event planners, designers, florists, and vendors to ensure creative consistency and high-quality execution.
- Manage a creative team, providing mentorship and direction to ensure design excellence.
- Oversee the branding and visual identity of events and hospitality projects, ensuring brand alignment across touchpoints.
- Develop and present mood boards, mock-ups, and design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to produce visuals, brochures, and social media campaigns aligned with the company’s creative vision.
- Stay updated on hospitality and wedding trends, integrating new styles, colors, and themes into the company’s offerings.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and timelines while maintaining creative quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Designer in the hospitality, events, or wedding industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
- Exceptional design sensibility and knowledge of luxury aesthetics.
- Experience in event design, visual storytelling, and branding.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
