Job Overview

As Service Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing patient service standards, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining excellent relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient service standards in line with the company's vision and business targets.
• Ensure all clinical operations employees adhere to patient service standards and appearance standards set by the company.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Department to manage accommodation, doctor consultation schedules, and other services for VIP patients.
• Lead the VIP Client Specialists team to provide exceptional service to foreign and VIP patients according to patient service standards.
• Handle patient complaints, especially from foreigners and VIP patients, satisfactorily.
• Maintain good relations with patients through regular communication, follow-up on schedule reminders, and attention to individual needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any field.
• Solid experience in planning and implementing service blueprints in the service industry, such as hospitals, hotels, and tourism.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin language (a plus).
• Knowledge and skills required: customer service, customer satisfaction index, and good communication and diplomacy.
