  1. You will lead the development and execution of a strategic growth plan for one of our brands.
  2. You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
  3. You will oversee all aspects of Business Unit operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and branch management.
  4. You will set and track KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  5. You will build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-oriented work environment.
  6. You will lead negotiations with partners/vendors.
  7. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
  8. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  9. You will represent the Business Unit for any engagements with the government, media, and other key stakeholders.
