Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our team at PT BANK JTRUST INDONESIA Tbk. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of Commissioners (BOC) meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and prepare Minutes of Meeting for BOD/BOC meetings
  • Liaise with OJK Banking Supervision to coordinate on process relating to BOD and/or BOC matters
  • Coordinate incoming letters handling in the bank to be recorded, distributed to related parties and help to monitor regularly

You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience in the banking industry with exposure to corporate secretary roles in handling BoD / BoC
  • English fluent (verbal and written) is a must
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Good integrity and punctual person
  • Able to work in team and individual
  • Willing to go on business trips out of town frequently and work outside the regular office hours
