Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the achievement of our branch office in accordance with our plans and budgets.
  • Communicate work plans and direct all employees of the branch office and sub-branches below it to support and achieve our work plan.
  • Analyze and recommend to our relevant directors and credit committee the results of the analysis of applications or loan extensions.
  • Mitigate credit risk by maintaining and monitoring disbursement, use of credit facilities and optimizing collection of non-performing loans (if any).

You will play a critical role in promoting our bank's products to attract new customers, retain and increase existing customers, both nominally and number of accounts. Your exceptional leadership skills, combined with your knowledge of banking and finance, make you an ideal candidate for this position.
