- Ensure compliance with company policies and office rules and regulations.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and assist department managers in integrating new employees.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and support performance management initiatives.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general office upkeep to ensure a smooth daily operation.
- Provide general HR Support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- The job position is required to work from the office/on-site for **two days** per week.
