About the Role
">The Executive Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

- Act as the primary point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements for the Director, booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging necessary resources.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting reports, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support, managing expenses, and processing invoices.
- Support the Director with various projects, conducting research, and gathering information.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, representing the Director professionally.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
- Discreet and trustworthy, with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of availability and flexibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
- Ability to deal with technical equipment (laptops, projector, etc.).
