Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A university degree from a reputable institution
- Proven experience as an HR professional in a fast-paced industry, preferably in FMCG or retail
- At least 15+ years of working experience within the HR department, with a strong track record of achievements
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively
- Proficiency in HR software and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compensation and benefits, and talent management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from blue-collar workers to C-suite executives
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, influencing, and communication skills in both English and other languages
- Ability to be hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to contribute to the success of the organisation
- Strong business acumen and a drive to position HR as a strategic business partner, rather than just a support function
