Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A university degree from a reputable institution
  • Proven experience as an HR professional in a fast-paced industry, preferably in FMCG or retail
  • At least 15+ years of working experience within the HR department, with a strong track record of achievements
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively
  • Proficiency in HR software and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compensation and benefits, and talent management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from blue-collar workers to C-suite executives
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, influencing, and communication skills in both English and other languages
  • Ability to be hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to contribute to the success of the organisation
  • Strong business acumen and a drive to position HR as a strategic business partner, rather than just a support function
