Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
    • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Business Development & Client Management
    • Develop and implement business development plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
    • Manage negotiations with key clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
    • Implement necessary adjustments to meet sales targets.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
    • Collaborate on pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and product development based on client and market feedback.
