Job Description

The HR Section Chief will play a crucial role in shaping the human resources function of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Implementing HR Strategies: Create and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results.
  • Managing Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Coordinating Recruitment Efforts: Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Designing and Delivering Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Min D3 or above in any major.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience at a Japanese Manufacturing company as HR Section Chief or Assistant Manager.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of labour law and business law.
  • Coordination Skills: Excellent coordination skills with other sections, subordinates, managers, and expatriates.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a Japanese Manufacturing company.
