Purchasing Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Leader to join our team at Aston Gejayan. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through effective purchasing strategies.
Estimated Salary: IDR 40,000,000 - IDR 60,000,000 per year
Job Description- Administration: Develop, implement, and monitor hotel accounting strategies to achieve forecasted revenue figures. Ensure all accounting activities align with corporate strategy and represent the Accounting function on the Executive Committee.
- Customer Service: Monitor employee delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service. Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Financial: Maximise employee productivity through multi-skilling and flexible scheduling. Proactively manage marketing resources and funds, and control departmental costs.
- Marketing: Manage hotel brand contacts, prepare annual marketing plans, and oversee sales strategy implementations. Implement strategic marketing processes and monitor market trends.
- Operational: Direct and coordinate all accounting activities, work with operational departments, and review accounting activity effectiveness.
- Other Duties: Maintain professional relationships with competitor hotels and business partners, respond to industry changes, and adhere to hotel rules and regulations.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in the hotel industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive the Purchasing team.
- Experience handling purchasing activities in a hotel setting.
