As a Robotics Solutions Consultant at OMRON Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer engagement through the adoption of innovative robotics solutions. You will be responsible for collaborating with end users, system integrators, channel partners, and internal teams to position OMRON as a leader in robotics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through targeted marketing initiatives and direct client outreach.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  2. Relationship Management & Account Management
    • Nurture strong relationships with key accounts in the industrial automation industry, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Provide proactive technical support and address customer challenges through practical solutions.
  3. Technical Sales Support with CRM
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their automation needs and provide tailored technical recommendations.
    • Work closely with Application Engineers to ensure seamless project development and implementation.
  4. Performance Reporting and Market Positioning
    • Deliver timely and insightful performance reports on sales and business development activities.
    • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive market share growth.
