What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day account management, ensuring seamless workflow, quality control, budget management & invoicing, while delighting Clients with the quality of our work.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients by proposing new services or creative ideas.
  • Anticipate problems and improve performance of the Brand Team.
  • Leverage your skills as a Brand Steward and apply it.
  • Develop strategies and briefs that inspire great work.
  • Coach and bring best practice in account service skills to the Brand Team.
  • Sell great work effectively.
  • Cultivate a climate of creativity and innovation in the Brand Team.
  • Raise the profile of the Company in the professional & Clients' communities.
  • Apply best practices with peers within the network.
  • Collaborate with peers in other disciplines to produce integrated communications that build Brands.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts, developing client relationships, and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Passionate about the advertising and marketing industry.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing account budgets.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
