This role involves designing and implementing compensation, benefits, and reward systems that align with company objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design compensation and benefits structures based on employee needs and market labor trends.
  2. Develop programs to enhance employee motivation, productivity, and cultural development.
  3. Monitor external developments to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  4. Communicate changes in compensation and benefits structures to employees.
  5. Manage employee-related reports on benefits and appreciation systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Graduated from Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting major
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply or professionals with less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent analysis, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Good data analytics skills
  • Fluent in English
