Manager, Compensation & Benefits-ID/MY/SG

BASIC FUNCTIONS
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, reward and retain employees.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Administer job analysis of all positions, including the maintenance of evaluation tools and design and coordination of procedures.
  2. Develop total rewards strategies that attract and retain talent based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
  3. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Design and implement total rewards packages, such as incentives, recognition programs, and promotions.
  5. Oversee payroll and employee benefits programs.
  6. Maintain liaison with compensation interest groups and organizations and other companies to exchange information and keep abreast of new compensation developments.
  7. Manage and administer Local, Regional and Global HR Systems, utilizing reports to provide management with appropriate statistics and analysis for financial improvement and work efficiency, ensuring data accuracy in Global Systems.
  8. Perform other assignments delegated by the Head of HR.

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines. Post graduate preferred.
  2. At least 7 years' work experience in compensation and benefits in multinational companies.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  4. Strong in data analytics and attentiveness to details.
  5. Possess a good understanding of relevant local laws and regulations.
  6. Good command of English and computer literacy.
