Job Description

This role involves selling Equinix solutions to new accounts and expanding existing ones. As a Senior Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements, mapping them to Equinix solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary customer technical point of contact for Equinix's Data Center Services covering colocation space and power.

  • Utilize expertise in Equinix products and services to deliver pitches on end-to-end solutions, covering data centers, interconnections, and digital services.

  • Analyze situations and data on problems of moderate scope independently.

  • Provide full support for customer meetings.

  • Lead data center tours explaining electrical and mechanical infrastructure capabilities and positioning Equinix Data Centers.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of Equinix data center, Network, and Cloud products and services.

  • Possess industry knowledge and familiarity with the competitive landscape.
