We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest level of quality in our construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction workers and subcontractors, educating them on site safety practices, and evaluating employee performance. They will also conduct regular inspections to ensure that work quality meets established standards and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Conduct and examine results of tests or feasibility evaluations in the field and laboratory
  • Understand quality planning for the project

  • Create and prepare report materials regarding quality control
  • Ensure work methods, technical specifications, and time efficiency are aligned for smooth project progress
  • Issue warnings if project work does not meet established quality standards
  • Prepare and provide quality inspection data to the quality assurance (QA) department
  • Conduct inspections to ensure that work quality meets established standards and agreements
