  1. Menyediakan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna terkait masalah software dan hardware.
  2. Menganalisa dan memecahkan masalah teknis terkait sistem, jaringan, dan perangkat keras.
  3. Mengembangkan dokumentasi teknis dan prosedur pemecahan masalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
  4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan.

Kriteria Penerima:

  1. Laki-laki/Perempuan, dengan usia maksimal 27 tahun.
  2. Pendidikan min. S1 Jurusan IT dan terkait lainnya.
  3. Memahami penggunaan serta penanganan software dan hardware komputer, laptop, dll.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan bertindak proaktif.
  5. Dapat bekerja secara independent maupun tim.
