Demand Management

  • You will be accountable for the demand management process, ensuring that IT demands from business entities are approved and budgeted for. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to align business and digital ambitions, proactively maintaining communication channels, and identifying key business teams/stakeholders for regular interactions.
  • Leading and managing the demand and certification process is also a key responsibility, along with monitoring project delivery progress and engaging business leadership to anticipate digital and IT demands.

ERP Operations Support

  • Your expertise will be essential in providing IT operation support, handling user inquiries, and addressing issues affecting GSC operations. You will also be responsible for ERP operation support, validating and managing CHR, and working with the technical team to deliver solutions for the SAP ERP system.
  • In addition, you will manage the evolution of digital/IT/ERP systems in line with business evolution in the East Asia zone, collaborate with global/regional/local Schneider Digital to align with initiatives/projects roadmaps, change management, and resource requirements, and maintain communication channels with GSC stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is required, along with +3 years of experience in SAP ERP delivery and 3-5 years of supply chain experience (manufacturing, planning, logistics area). ITIL knowledge is also essential.

Proactive communication with stakeholders and a strategic mindset are crucial for maintaining partnerships with business.
