Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager/Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and obtaining sales targets, supporting organizational strategy and sales growth in target product groups, identifying new opportunities for growth, and building strong relationships with customers while following up on Gene Solutions compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Achieving sales targets within target product groups.
  • Conducting market research, building business plans, and implementing sales activities to meet sales targets.
  • Supporting and coaching team members to increase their capacities.
  • Proposing business plans to improve sales performance.
  • Collecting and reporting customer feedback information.
  • Exploring new/existing customer bases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmacy, or other medical sciences. You should have at least 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the biotech or healthcare industry. Experience in oncology products and strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills are essential. Excellent oral communication and writing skills in the local native language are also required. Good business acumen and a result-oriented approach are necessary to drive success in this role.
