Our Capacity Management and Operational Excellence (COE) area focuses on strategic alignment, process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and robust governance. We aim to foster a culture of high quality and continuous improvement, enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency.

The Service Analytics team within Capacity Management plays a crucial role in supporting decision-makers with comprehensive information, ensuring business knowledge, technical expertise, and unwavering quality and trust. Our goal is to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance strategic planning, optimize performance, and foster innovation across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify internal and external data sources and transform them into actionable insights that inform fact-based decision-making.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze diverse, large-scale data from various sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques to perform comprehensive data analysis.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of collected data.
  • Communicate and translate detailed results and their implications to stakeholders.
  • Define collection processes and select appropriate data infrastructure to support analysis, continually seeking effective methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement data analysis algorithms at scale, collaborating closely with data engineering members.
  • Work according to established procedures or guidelines and provide inputs to support or influence area decisions, making recommendations on new solutions and proposing improvements by analyzing diverse sources of information.
  • Work with moderate guidance and direction from the manager.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience in transforming data into insights to identify and quantify business opportunities.
  • Experience in Data Visualization, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to solve business problems by applying Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), statistical learning, pattern recognition, or high-performance computing techniques.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Relevant degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of the Travel Industry is beneficial.
