Offline Sales Channel Lead

Job Role
The Offline Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and regular seasonal promotions. They will also devise business strategy for offline channel, monitoring sales and leveraging both B2B and B2C channels. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build a strong Offline sales team and upskill all key stakeholders regarding the new channel and its drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Align profitability of the Offline sales channel and drive excellence in execution to enhance customer experience.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness for all media and promotional campaigns.
- Manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines while being business results oriented.
- Product management including instore assets compliance, retail audit, marketing assets, and product sequencing.
- Manage retail and distribution channel healthiness based on consumer insights.
Key Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required. Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills are essential. The candidate must have experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
