About the Job:

This role involves managing store operations, leading sales teams, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams and developing strategies to increase customer traffic and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and motivate sales teams to meet sales goals and targets.
  3. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  4. Maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices through training and workshops.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Required skills include English, computer proficiency, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably in a management role within the retail industry.
  • Candidates should have a basic understanding of KPIs and metrics.
  • Experience dealing with mass products is an advantage.
  • The ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
