Analyze all related data or output from GT Analytics tool and Operational Dashboard to give meaningful input and insight for SFE (asst) Manager in order to make higher level decisions. Ensure the productivity can run well and the performance of distributor team are well-managed according to the target that have been set.
- Make an improvement with the system to be more effective and efficient.What we ask
- Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably scientific background.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful track records in sales, preferably those with mixed experiences in sales operations & sales system management.
- Background in working at FMCG business is top priority.
- Strong logical & analytical thinking, able to process and connect the dots within data.
- Able to conduct training.
- Good communication in English.

- Make preliminary analyzing as an input for SFE (asst) Manager in delivering Monthly Business Review Report.
- Review daily productivity report.
- Sales target breakdown.
Customer Focus and Service
- Provide data & give insight on RTM improvement based on GT Analytics & MicroStrategy tools (MRTS).
- Review the submission of new customers.
- Review and approve rerouting salesman.
- .Approve deactivation of passive outlet.
- Conduct training by working together with Human Resources Department to share knowledge for the new salesman and distributor or to share new method of selling. The materials are sales force effectiveness, DMS, PCS.
Monthly report
- MBR (monthly business Report) creation for slide sales productivity.
- Sales Force Compliant report to evaluate salesman behavior comply with the standard and procedure.
- Zero transaction customer report from the outlet that does not do transaction for a couple of months.
- Make incentive target versus achievement report to evaluate salespeople performance.
