We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of “**Manager Sales Effectiveness**
**Responsibilities**:
Manager sales effectiveness is a key member of a Unsecured Lending Sales team who is responsible for increasing sales efficiency and revenue. Manager Sales Effectiveness main responsibility to developing sales strategies and programs to increase sales efficiency, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, training sales staff to improve performance, developing and managing communication plans to support sales initiatives, and ensuring the sales quality were properly applied and fulfill customer needs.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Must have education standard to at least Bachelor and be of a legal working age.
- Min 2 years’ experience on Managing Sales Process.
- Excellent communication skills and is always polite and friendly.
- Experience in Managing large group of agents, with supervision to team manager.
- Ability to use proper MI report as tools on driving the actions.
- Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, work in a high-volume and fast paced environment is required.
- Ability to write, mastery and present report.
