Senior Pre-sales Consultant

Description:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business and technology requirements
- Create a Bill of Quantity (BoQ) & develop technical proposals that outline the proposed solution based on the client's requirements
- Present proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the proposed solution to clients
- Work closely with the sales and implementation to ensure that the solution is delivered as proposed once the client has accepted the proposal
- Providing regular reports on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team
- Motivate, coach, inspire and develop everyone within the team
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Pre-Sales Position
- Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is preferred.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, as well as problem-solving & presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to quickly understand clients facing complex problems and advise the most effective solution
- Good knowledge of IT solutions
- Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
