We believe that everyone is entitled to easy access not only to quality furniture at an affordable price, but also economical home design and its nitty-gritty. Since its establishment, we have launched vertically integrated business units (and even more to come), two of them being interior design services and material supply store.

While interior design services and furniture manufacturers remain abundant, there has yet to be a one-stop platform that actualises the A to Z’s of realizing your dream homes. Dekoruma intends to be the one answer to this demand.

Bekerja sebagai sales advisor di retail store.

Melayani customer untuk aktivitas penjualan produk dan jasa Dekoruma.

Mempromosikan dan menawarkan promo yang sedang berlangsung.

Handle complaint dari customer.

Mengoperasikan mesin kasir dan closing pendapatan harian.

Mengelola tampilan display di toko sesuai dengan standard Visual Merchandise.

Bertanggung jawab untuk perhitungan inventory stock bulanan.

Bertanggung jawab untuk proses pengiriman barang dari penerimaan - penghitungan - stockback - display.

Bertanggung jawab menjaga kebersihan & kerapihan area toko.

Keterampilan negosiasi (menjual ke pelanggan).

Inisiatif & keinginan belajar yang tinggi.

Pendidikan Min SMA/SMK setara.

Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman bekerja di retail store sebagai sales advisor.

Fresh graduate yang memiliki pengalaman organisasi atau memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales.

Bersedia penempatan kerja di Dekoruma Experience Center.

Bersedia bekerja dengan shifting hour.

Dapat bekerja sama dalam team.

Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan.

Familiar dengan sales target.

Mampu mengikuti grooming checklist (menggunakan seragam, rambut & muka rapi tidak ada kumis).

Bersedia relokasi area Jabodetabek, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Bali, Medan, Makassar, Bandung, Lampung, Palembang, Pekanbaru (all area).
