**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assistance to improve the quality of Kyoai Medical Clinic services by caring for and handling all patients or customer complaints, especially health-related problems and agreements with doctors and information regarding medical check-up patient services
- Provide appropriate information & explanations for patient care and explore possible actions to solve problems by focusing on patients.
- Responsible for registration of general patients and medical check-up patients
- Understand how to receive insurance and cash payments
- Willing to work hard, multitasking and can work with minim supervise

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field (preferably from the Faculty of Japanese or English Language or Literature)
- Maximum age 33 years old
- Having Japanese (JLPT Minimum N4) or English Certificate
- Good communication skill, friendly and can work quickly
- Have at least 1 year experience in a hospital or clinic or other health facility
- Ready not to use headgear when working and use uniforms that have been provided by the company
- Able to join as soon as possible
- Location work in **Surya Cipta (East Karawang)**:

- Willing to do job training for 1 month in Jakarta.
