**Responsibilities**
- Leading a team of customer service to handle: Operational tasks, such as client's account opening, deposit and withdrawal
- All social media channels and make reports
- Maintain existing clients and provide best services
- Do daily report
- Handle complaints
- Closely coordinate with business consultant teams
- Support the internal team for events, promotions, etc.
- Do other supporting duties if needed

**Qualifications**
- Required language(s): Indonesian, English (must have good writing, reading, listening and speaking skills), Mandarin will be a plus point
- Have previous working experience in the leading a team of customer service is required for this position, in the industry would be an advantage
- Required skill (s): Exquisite communication skill, Microsoft Office, Excellent English, Indonesian
- Can-do attitude, independent, great team player, adaptive
- Willing to work on shifts

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Permanen

Gaji: Rp7.500.000 - Rp10.000.000 per bulan
