**Responsibilities**:

- Works with senior traders on risk management and trading activities.
- Responsible to deliver annual business targets¬ both the one set at individual level as well as in collective operating manner at aggregate BU (business unit) level.
- Executes transactions in accordance with established trading strategies and risk parameters, also contributes to the formulation of strategies.
- Has a thorough knowledge of product area including market liquidity and volatility, pricing, and trading/hedging strategies.
- Studies market relationships and current market conditions to increase account/market penetration

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Commerce,
- Mathematics/ Statistics, Engineering would be an advantage
- Outstanding academic achievement
- English fluency is essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant trading products / instruments that is also supported by evidence of track record of
evenue generations"
- Ability to perform at high levels under the pressure of a highly demanding work load
- Ability to maintain composure and confidence while juggling conflicting priorities
