In this position, you will manage and lead a team responsible for fund administration, settlement, and reporting obligations for all funds/portfolios from the Allianz channel that are managed by AllianzGI Indonesia, ensuring everything runs smoothly and consistently.

This position will be based in Jakarta.

**What you will do**
- Ensure timely processing of every transaction received by the Operations team, executed properly and promptly as required
- Ensure that the custodian bank properly handles funds’ assets, obligations, and reporting requirements in accordance with the SLA and prevailing regulations (if any)
- Ensure the daily operational processes of all funds managed by the company (including settlement, administration, and portfolio reconciliation) run smoothly and efficiently
- Perform timely processing/settlement of investment transactions, fund reporting, and statutory reporting
- Perform timely processing of corporate actions and proxy voting for the funds under management
- Handle fund audit-related matters (if applicable) and ensure timely submission in accordance with prevailing regulations or requirements
- Liaise with custodian banks/public accountants/tax authorities/clients/internal parties for fund taxation matters (including payment, reporting, submission and audit)
- Fully involved in third-party assessments (not limited to custodian banks), including appointments, due diligence, and regular monitoring processes (if needed)
- Provide qualified data and reports based on inquiries from stakeholders, auditors or regulators in a timely manner
- Develop and document internal operating manual procedures/workflows for all processes within scope as well as conduct regular reviews to check validity and make changes/updates if needed, and ensure alignment with the Group’s policies and practices (if applicable)
- Fully involved in the preparation of regular fund performance (fund fact sheet), brokerage reports and other reporting required by stakeholders on all funds managed by the company
- Lead all communications related to mandate/funds operations (if applicable) with stakeholders, including third parties, regulators, and other relevant functions in AP and globally
- Ensure all activities under the scope of work are always in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations, internal policies and agreements of the parties (if any)

**What you bring**
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- A Master’s degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting is preferable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the asset management or mutual fund industry
- Experience and strong knowledge in fund administration and taxation
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of asset management, insurance funds, and their valuation
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Holding an OJK license (WMI/WPEE/WPPE) is preferable
- Hands-on and proactive approach
- Ability to lead a team
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with fund accounting systems
