  • Develop operational procedures for units.

  • Ensure established food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
  • Oversee correct receipt, storage and handling of food and beverage products to ensure quality and freshness.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of organization goals, policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of basic F&B practices, protocols and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, coworkers and public.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Point Of Sales systems.
  • Self-motivational skills and hands-on management approach.
  • Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and efficiency skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple food service facilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
