  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple Gelateria outlets, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to store managers and teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • E nsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in retail operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry, esp. in gelato or frozen desserts.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading multi-site store operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with store teams, cross-functional departments, and senior management.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive, engaging store environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, retail, or a related field.
