Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the overall operation and financial performance of plantations located in East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, and South Sumatera.
  2. Daily management of estate operations.
  3. Ensure infrastructure and supporting units are adequately equipped.
  4. Closely collaborate with area managers to facilitate cost-effective operations.
  5. Develop strategic expansion plans for the company.
  6. Provide agricultural recommendations to increase overall yield of estates and develop best practices.
  7. Evaluate plantation operations within environmental policies and responsibilities.
  8. Maintain safe and responsible work practices throughout all operations.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing plantations.
  2. Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Science & Technology or related field.
  3. Proven expertise in managing multiple plantations.
  4. Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of agronomic principles and farming practices.
