10+ years of strategic sales experience for ASEAN Telco industry with demonstrated ability to build trust, engage at C-Suite levels and deliver sales outcomes
- Deep experience at building and driving strategic Joint GTM partnerships (Sell-through/Sell-With sales motions) with Telco Enterprise teams (including Sales, Product Management, etc)
- Strong financial literacy, building commercial models
- Ability to think strategically but also dive deep into details and drive execution.
- Experience in leading sales, cross-functional teams (direct reporting and virtual)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required
- Strong understanding and ability to leverage ASEAN partner landscape

Job summary

AWS ASEAN is looking for an experienced, Telco sales manager who will help us establish strategic partnerships with our Tier 1 Telco clients. This role will report into the ASEAN, Head of Telco.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build trusted relationships with the C-suite and key decision makers; understand the customer’s business and technology challenges; dive deep and understand stated, unstated needs, issues;
- Ownership of Sell-to & Sell-through sales revenue targets - Translate the strategy to AWS account and sales plans to drive revenue growth;
- Building strategic partnerships with selected ASEAN Telcos with strong focus at building revenue relevance through Sell-through and Sell-With sales motions
- Build a strategic eco-system of AWS partners to support both Sell-To and Sell-through business.
- Knowledge of AWS and Public cloud.
- Prior experience working in a Tier 1 ASEAN Telco
