Microsoft’s Enterprise Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and great customer experiences and revenue growth for Microsoft.
Microsoft partners with the key strategic Telco to look at their internal transformation and enable them to build their GTM for the Enterprise and SOE market. The Telco and Microsoft defines the specific verticals to target and develops solution play to deliver successful solutions to the market partnering with the Telco as a CSP or LSP.

**Responsibilities**:
- Creating long-term vision to support joint GTM journeys; establishing strategic agreements and follow through frameworks to execute joint plans, driving top-line revenue growth in joint GTM motions
- Envisaging and developing new opportunities, with the combination of good business judgment, people skills, organization, and ambition.
- Execution of GTM strategy, planning and early market development efforts, including driving awareness, adoption and growth of offerings.
- Experience orchestrating a multi-stakeholder ecosystem (Service teams, Specialty Practices, Partners and Sales), using repeatable and reusable artifacts to ensure scalability and consistency in quality and outcomes
- Experience influencing and leading the production of scalable frameworks, methods, and best practices that deliver prescriptive guidance to sellers and customers across regions and practices.
- Represent the telecom POD strategy and be -focused solutions. Leverage worldwide programs, campaigns, and work closely with the product management, marketing, solutions architecture, partner and professional services teams while thinking strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Drive “big bold ideas” with customer that impact commercial success and close large, multi-year, market-making digital transformation partnerships and wins leading to accelerated growth of Microsoft’s Industry clouds.
- Market analysis across Indonesia SOE / Government and customer segments and industry sub-verticals across the value chain to create an opportunity heatmap.
- Innovate across company and partner community to develop solutions relevant to Telcos. This includes sell-to solutions, sell-through offers with a clear value exchange between the organizations.
- Sponsor, drive and coordinate a community of Telco focused Builders and Sellers, driving consistency across existing use cases, innovation and new use cases, all underscored by a common commercial value proposition, with cross-pollination internally and externally
- Liaise with the Telcos’ field sales organization, channels and end customers to help create and drive revenue.
- Coordinate and consolidate market insights for Telco centric offers across the region in an active feedback loop with wider stakeholders.
- Incubate new opportunities for Microsoft across Azure, Modern Work, Business Applications and Security that evidence positioning of Industry Priority Scenarios.
- Accelerate demand generation with customer
- leverage senior BDM relationships (C-suite, LOB leaders) Deliver net new multi-horizon incremental revenue/pipeline and Azure consumption.
- Lead and facilitate ideation and envisioning, enterprise level strategic discussions with customers centered on business solutions with CxO/LOB stakeholders.
- Deliver Operational Excellence, manage and optimize time spent collaborating with customers and lead orchestration with core account team to realize value by exceeding customers' expectations.
**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in client interactions, including relationship management, deal structuring and commercial negotiation, including working with partners in a consortium
- 5+ years of experience driving businesses with >$X M in the Indonesian Telco sector in sales, business development or partnering capacity
- Deep understanding of the Telco B2B landscape, including sales, provisioning, training and support
- Proven expertise at thought leadership, conceptualizing customer-centric solutions, convincing C-Level executives, line of business leaders, and having seen through successful Telco joint GTM businesses.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of experience working in Telco industry, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
