1. Bisa kerja dengan multitasking dan mampu mengelola kebutuhan klien, hingga memenuhi target yang di berikan perusahaan
2. Target / Komisi Oriented
3. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan klien/costumer
4. Memahami dan tetap up to date dengan perkembangan media OnAir dan Digital
5. Bertemu dengan klien untuk mendiskusikan kebutuhan iklan/promosi mereka
6. Menyajikan ide creative dan mengolah menjadi sebuah penawaran kepada klien, bernegosiasi dan memastikan order berjalan dengan baik.
7. Memdistribusikan kesepakatan klien ke internal team hingga pekerjaan selesai
8. Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan klien, mitra, prinsipal dan pemerintah.
